Strategic Account Executive

A fast-growing health-tech company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive expansion across GP practices, healthcare federations, and regional networks in the UK and Ireland. This is a high-impact, mission-driven role where you’ll play a key part in scaling a platform that improves healthcare efficiency and patient care.
Experience● 5+ years of B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales success.● Consistent track record of exceeding quotas.● Experience handling large enterprise deals (£100K+ ACV).● Background in fast-paced startup environments.● Demonstrated career progression and professional growth.
Skills● Strong strategic account management with a data-driven approach.● Expertise in prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex sales cycles.● Ability to drive customer onboarding, retention, and upsells.● Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.● Healthcare or HealthTech experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits● Salary: £80K - £120K base (50/50 OTE split)● Equity: 0.03% - 0.09%● Remote: Fully remote within the UK & Ireland (visa sponsorship available)
