Sales Development Representative (German)

Key Responsibilities:● Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads in collaboration with Account Executives.● Conduct high-volume cold calls and engage prospects through networking, email, and social outreach.● Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.● Develop strategies to analyze prospect information for effective sales efforts.● Understand client needs, develop profiles, and assist in creating personalized solutions.
Qualifications:● Fluent in German and English.● Previous customer-oriented experience (sales, project management, etc.) is preferred.● Driven, persistent, and ready to take initiative.● Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM tools.● Comfortable making phone calls to prospects.● Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
